- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type Contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors 任ommercial, applies to this acquisition. Also applicable are the provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation 任ommercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. Quotes will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications 任ommercial Items, The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions 任ommercial Items, applies to this acquisition. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide a complete and usable end-product. Contractor shall provide pricing on all items for their quote to be accepted. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. Items will be listed by line item number. All cost included Firm-Fixed Price. All duties and tax are the responsibility of the Contractor. See attached Statement of Work for specifics.
