- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i)) with TriLink Biotech, 9955 Mesa Rim Road, San Diego, CA 92121, for the procurement of Messenger RNA (mRNA).
