- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N40085-19-T-9071 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The solicitation number is N40085-19-T-9071 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-101, effective October 26, 2018 and DFARS DPN 20181031, effective 31 October 2018. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541380 and the Small Business Standard is $15 million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MID-LANT), Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Non-Destructive Magnetic-Particle Testing (NDMPT) of Crane Hooks Non-Recurring Work (IDIQ). See attached Statement of Work for additional information. Note: the KTR ™s testing laboratory/facility must be physically located within a 30-mile radius from Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511. Period of performance: Period of performance for Base year is March 12, 2019 to March 11, 2020. The Contract will have four (4) additional option years with the following periods of performance: Option Years: March 12, 2020 to March 11, 2021 March 12, 2021 to March 11, 2022 March 12, 2022 to March 11, 2023 March 12, 2023 to March 11, 2024 This announcement will close at 2:00 pm EST on 18 January 2018.
