Description

This Amendment to the posting is to clarify that this is the synopsis and not the solicitation. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a pre-solicitation notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Federal Highway Administration's intent to issue a solicitation for a Full and Open Competition to procure services for the FHWA Human Factors (HF) Program On-Site Support Services. As a result of this solicitation, the FHWA intends to award a single award IDIQ contract utilizing Time & Material (T&M) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders in accordance with FAR subpart 16.505. The period of performance is anticipated to be a five-year period of performance from date of award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2018).
