Description
SPE1C1-19-R-0023 is expected to be issued on or around January 7, 2019. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside for the manufacturer and delivery of the Air Force (AF) / Coast Guard (CG) Coat, All-Weather, Men's, Poly/Ctn Poplin, Coast Guard Blue Shade 3376, Removable Liner, Water Repellent, NSN 8405-01-174-5117(s)/Product Group Code (PGC) 01958, Min / Max Quantity: 13,448 / 210,440 over the life of the contract, which is manufactured to A-A-55110 (pattern date 10 JUNE 2013); and the AF / CG Coat, All-Weather, Women's, Poly/Ctn Poplin, Coast Guard Blue Shade 3376, Removable Liner, Water Repellent, NSN 8410-01-175-2252(s)/PGC 01959, Min / Max Quantity: 4,312 / 67,400 max over the life of the contract, which is manufactured to A-A-55111 (pattern date 1 JUNE 2013). One base year and four (4) 12-month option terms will be included in the solicitation. Each option term has the same Min / Max award quantities as the base term. Under the initial delivery order, three (3) deliveries will be required starting 120 days after award to Travis Association for the Blind located in Austin, TX. Subsequent delivery orders will be for 120 days after order. There is no Government Furnished Material (GFM) for these items. Best Value Source Selection Procedures, specifically the Tradeoff Source Selection Process, will be used. Technical Merit carries more weight in the award evaluation process than price. Offerors will need to submit Past Performance and Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). All items must be 100% U.S. Made out of 100% U.S. Materials.
