- This is a pre-solicitation announcement is to notify vendors/firms that the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO) anticipates release of an Invitation for Bid (IFB/ ťSealed Bid ť) solicitation for a Roof Replacement requirement at the BIE Tohono O ™odham High School on the Tohono O ™odham Nation Reservation, Pima County, Sells, AZ 85634. This procurement is a 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside for both small and large Indian owned enterprises. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institution Building Construction with a $36.5 M Small Business Size Standard. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of Magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All technical details pertaining to this requirement will be provided in the IFB solicitation document to be made available on the fbo.gov and fedconnect.net websites the approximate week of 01-14-2019 for the public at large. ISBEE contractors are to obtain a copy of the IFB solicitation document from the fedconnect website - hardcopies of the IFB solicitation document will not be available. The anticipated period of performance of the resulting contract will be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. All qualifying vendors must have a registered DUNS number and must have active registration in SAM.gov.
