- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) LS-28-DRSM-M1LS Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Lumistar, Inc., 2270 Camino Vida Roble, Suite L, Carlsbad CA 92011 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to replacing and upgrading existing equipment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
