SOURCES SOUGHT RFI 36C24819Q0138 SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE INTENT TO OBTAIN ASPEN BREAST SOFTWARE. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. This sources sought is a request for information and is for the purpose of conducting market research to provide data for planning purposes. This sources sought announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, reimburse respondents for any proposal preparation and/or submittal costs, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this announcement and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Orlando Network Contracting Activity (NCO 8) for the following site; (Corporate) Orlando VA Healthcare System - 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827 would like to request pricing and/or capability to complete the following: Aspen Breast Software is designed to track and report breast-related procedures. An automated workflow software that can track patients, provide Radiologist with MQSA required tracking data for; medical audit outcomes, generate patient letters, and compliant with Bi-RADS. The software integrates to Reading Workstations, Voice Recognition Systems, and Nuance Powerscribe 360 Phillips Intellispace PACS. It is compatible with Hologic SecureView (VA TRM listed to be installed on VA Computers), and Windows 10 operating system. It can operate on workstations that have CORE i7 processors with 3.4GHZ -4 processing speed. Storage hard drive with at least 20GB or higher free space, and RIS/HIS/HER.
