- The FAA is seeking capable respondents who demonstrate in their responses capabilities to support the objectives of the RFI (Section 2) based on the responses to the topics and questions (Section 7) as reviewed in accordance with the instructions and criteria established in Section 5. The initial requirements document illustrates in detail the nature of the requirements and is intended to assist respondents with understanding the objectives of the RFI. The FAA will consider respondents that do not demonstrate the capability to meet all requirements listed in the initial requirements document.
