Description

The Department of the Navy seeks to award a one year lease with nine (9) one-year renewal options in Stafford County, VA. The space requirement is for Approximately 18,390 ANSI BOMA Square Feet of administrative space with parking to accommodate 175 vehicles. The space must be located in Stafford County, VA within eight (8) miles of the South Gate (off of route 1) of Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. The Navy requires a beneficial occupancy date no later than September 24, 2019. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
