Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W912L8-19-R-6001 Classification Code Z - Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction The 167 th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, WV intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm-fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the installation of five (5) new inset/flush mounted taxiway edge lights in existing concrete pavement in accordance with the design, specifications, and Statement of Work (SOW). The installation work includes, but it not limited to demoing and disposing of any and all pavement or excavated/removed material necessary to install new taxiway edge lights, providing and installing new taxiway edge lights in accordance with drawing and specifications, and repairing pavement that was damaged/modified during installation to match existing. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is 150 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch-list.
