Description

The Indian Health Service, Warm Springs Service Unit intends to issue a supplemental modification to add additional funding to Contract Number HHSI248201700025G. This contract is for the Dimension EXL200 Chemistry Analyzer Lease Capital cost included in Reagent Pricing. The lease is in the 3rd year lease. This contract has already been competed and has a total of 5 one year options. We will be adding additional funds for option year 3. The RFQ 1-33UF5V dated October 14, 2015, only two quotes were received. The current contract is a firm-fixed price and that includes the 5 option years, which will end on December 31, 2020. The funding for each year will exceed $25,000. The annual lease for this modification will remain the same. The scope of the modification is to increase the amount to the current year lease for Dimension EXL200 Chemistry Analyzer and reagent pricing for current lease year 3 (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2108). This procurement was awarded in acordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quote or competitive proposal. No solicitation package is available. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
