Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure online access to the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science, on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with Clarivate Analytics. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
