- The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) announcement as part of a sources sought notice to seek information on potential sources to provide Military Free Fall Airlift Services for parachute operations in Virginia. Vendors must be Air Mobility Command (AMC) / Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) certified commercial carriers. The place of performance is the contractor's facility or airfield designated by the Contractor. Point of embarkation shall be within 50 miles of Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek and Naval Air Station Oceana. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
