- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W15QKN-19-R-0041 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This requirement has been set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 332812 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for finishing of metal parts, in accordance with the following Statement of Work (SOW) requirements: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
