- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70FBR620Q00000021 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2020-01-03 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with experience in conducting air quality surveys and performing air sampling, to perform an indoor environmental assessment and appropriate air sampling at the FEMA Federal Staging Area located at 2745 Byrd Street Beeville, Texas 78102, to investigate potential allegations of poor indoor air quality. Additional information in the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and supplies necessary to provide a certified industrial hygienist to conduct an air quality survey., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Suty to the maximum magnitude of the project as outlined in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 20 January 2020. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation will be available in electronic format, for free, only on the Beta.Sam.Gov Web Site at https://beta.sam.gov/ No paper copies will be issued. Potential offers are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website www.sam.gov.
