- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT., intends to issue a solicitation for the quarterly requirements of subsistence for Dry Goods and Meats. �This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. �Delivery dates will begin January 1, 2020 (all items are a one-time shipment and must be received by the month of January 2020). �Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 � Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811. �The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. �The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. �Awards will be based equally on price and past performance. �The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. �All responsible sources may submit a quote.� Quoters are always expected to: 1)�� �Deliver the product on the time as agreed. 2)�� �Deliver the precise quantity requested. 3)�� �Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery. � The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Daniel Ortiz, Procurement Specialist. �Completed offers may be emailed (preferred) to dortiz@bop.gov or dlui@bop.gov, or mailed to the address above. �
