Description

Solicitation N0042120Q0076 is issued as intent to sole source.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-priced basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Teletronics Technology Corp. DBA-Curtiss-Wright under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13.� Teletronics Technology Corp dba Curtiss-Wright is the only company that can provide the services required. Contractor must be registered in Beta-System for Award Management (Beta-SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense Contract.� This can be accomplished electronically at https://beta.sam.gov/vendor.cfm� The Government will not pay for any information received. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a Sole Source basis.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all proposals, MUST be received no later than 4 P.M. EST 01/03/20.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The Government will not pay for any information received.
