- Request For Information for Imprivata Software and Hardware Maintenance This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice ONLY issued in accordance with FAR 15.201(e) to conduct market research. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The information provided may be used by VA in developing its acquisition strategy and Performance Work Statement. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses should be no longer than 10 pages. To support our mission, VA intends to continue to maintain and support as necessary, the current Imprivata (previously known as Cardigm) Single Sign On (SSO) and Context Management software and hardware owned by VA. The current Imprivata Solution consist of software maintenance for Imprivata software and hardware maintenance of 150 vaults. The current Imprivata software and hardware maintenance contract will expire at the end of March 2020. VA is issuing this RFI to identify solutions that exist today that can meet the Imprivata Software and Hardware maintanince requirements identified below: Description Qty Imprivata SSO & Context Management Annual Support and Maintenance 360,000 Imprivata Vault Server Annual Support and Maintenance 150 Specifically, the Contractor shall provide direct-to-OEM Imprivata software updates/enhancements in the Single Sign On and Context Management environment. Software support to include the following: 24X7 coverage 365 days/year phone and website access availability, Problem/incident resolution support based upon severity, to include support assistance, remote access, hotfixes, documentation, and upon request onsite support services. Maintenance services to include bug fixes, patches, service packs, new release/versions along with updated documentation. Hardware services to include continuing support/repair/replacement of current Vaults. As part of the response, please provide the following information: Name of Company Address Point of Contact Phone Number Fax Number Email address Status as a reseller of the Impravata products identified above. Company Business Size and Status for NAICS VA anticipates that this effort would fall within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519, Other Computer Related Services, which has a size standard of 150 employees.��If you believe there is a more appropriate NAICS code, please provide that to the Government with your rationale.� Any Schedules held on General Services Administration (GSA), Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) held on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, or any other schedule not mentioned above to assist in determining acquisition strategy if you are included in one or more. Please also include Contract Number, expiration date, etc. Socioeconomic data: If a small business, what type of small business are you? Are you able to comply with FAR 52.219-6 and 52.219-14 in execution of this effort? Are you able to comply with VAAR 852.219-10, VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and with subcontracting limitations in 13 CFR 125.6 in execution of this effort?
