- General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting quotes for firms having the capability to perform the work described as follows: Solid Waste Removal Services at Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Van Buren, Missouri. Solicitation Number 140P6220Q0005. The offeror selected shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this requirement. Description: The work will consist of providing all labor, equipment, and supplies for solid waste removal services and containers. The Park encompasses 80,785 acers and is about 134 miles long. Solid waste services are anticipated to be required within the Upper Current District, Lower Current River Area, and Jacks Fork District. The estimated total of dumpster tippings are about 1,358. Additional tippings may be requested during peak visitor season. Type of Acquisition: The National Park Service (NPS), Midwest Region (MWR), Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue Request For Quotation (RFQ) that would result in a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this project is 562111 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on www.fbo.com and/or https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm on or about 24 January 2020.
