Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0007 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-02 (23�Dec 2019). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Chemical Biological Center (CCDC) for Brand Name only Qty 1 FirstDefender RMX S1 and Qty 1TruDefender FTX S1 Scientific Equipment.
