Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Elsevier B.V. for annual Elsevier Science Direct online Freedom Collection subscription at the Coast Guard Academy library for its Academic 2020 school year. Elsevier Science Direct online collection is used by library staff, cadet corps, and its patrons. This annual subscription software is proprietarily sold and not available through other resellers.� FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
