Description

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).� The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4)� The performance period for this service is to be determined. (5)� The NAICS code for this requirement is 238120 � Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors with a small business size standard of $10 million. (6)� A site visit is not planned at this time.� If a site visit is desired, please e-mail Michelle Reed at michelle.r.reed@usda.gov no later than�13 January 2020�1500 CST. (7) Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 1500 CST 15 January 2020.� Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michelle.r.reed@usda.gov.� Answers will be provided no later than 1500 CST 16 January 2020. (8)� Proposals are due on or before 1500 CST 17 January 2020.� Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michelle.r.reed@usda.gov. (9)� Late proposals will not be considered.� Proposals received after the date set for receipt of proposals will be rejected.� Proposals must be valid for 60 days after due date. (10)� The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offer(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.� (11)� Any amendment(s) issued to the RFP will be published on this site.� Therefore, it is the Offeror�s responsibility to visit this site frequently for updates on this procurement.�
