- SOURCES SOUGHT��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� US Army Special Operations Command Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center H92239-20-R-0002 The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to provide industry the opportunity to identify themselves as interested sources capable of meeting the requirement to supply Caprines and conduct multiple deliveries to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. In addition to meeting Federal and State of origin regulations governing the health requirements for transport and admission of animals both intra and interstate, Caprines must meet the criteria detailed in the table below. Product Criteria: Caprines Male only. Contractor must be licensed by USDA. Caprine quarantine facility must meet standard described in Title 9 CFR, Chap 1, Part 3, subpart F, paragraphs 3.125 through 3.142. Minimum 55 pounds at delivery. Delivery in lots of 30 to 150 Caprines within 30 days of notification from Gov�t. Healthy and free of diseases and parasites. Contractor must quarantine Caprines a minimum of 14 days prior to delivery. INTERESTED SOURCES CAPABLE OF FULFILLING THIS REQUIREMENT shall submit documentation addressing all required elements listed herein; providing only a reference to a website is unacceptable for purposes of this announcement and will not be considered or reviewed. All proprietary or corporate data received shall be clearly identified and shall be protected from release to sources outside the Government. Contractors interested in providing this supply should be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Contractors responding to this Sources Sought notice are asked to provide the following information: Company�s full name and address, DUNS number, applicable North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) and business size (whether they are a Large, Small, Small-Disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Historically Black College or University and or Minority Service Institute), and a point of contact. Respondents should advise the Government of pending changes in the business size status. In addition, any additional documentation. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitting in writing by 22 Jan. 2020 at 12:00 PM EST. This is a sources sought notice and is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a request for quote in anticipation of a future contract award. Responses shall be submitted electronically via email to USASOC-Contracting@socom.mil. All responses shall be submitted by 22 Jan. 2020 at 12:00 PM EST. Respondents are cautioned that due to file size limitations and e-mail security protocols, there is a risk that not all correspondence will be received by this office. It is the interested parties' responsibility to ensure receipt of all e-mailed correspondence.
