- Description
- The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to CenturyLink for a one-year of its 10G bandwidth circuit service. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice. Point of contact is Erik Vonderhaar, email erik.m.vonderhaar@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with CenturyLink. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY. Late submission will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not an RFQ. Any source capable of providing the supplies and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to erik.m.vonderhaar@usdoj.gov.
