Description

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for information and market research purposes only.� The actual solicitation will be released after the synopsis period closes.� At this time, proposals are not requested.� However, interested offerors may provide capabilities statements or other information.� This information�will be used to formulate the Government's acquisition strategy.� The�Government is contemplating a�competitive set-aside under the SBA's 8(a)�program.� However, other options may be considered, particularly any information about whether�a competitive�contract vehicle already exists which would be in-scope for the requirement. The U.S. Department of housing and Urban development (HUD), Office of Administration, Broadcast and Communications has a pending requirement for professional services to operate, maintain, and update the Broadcast Operations Center.� The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid type contractact that�has both firm-fixed-price and time & materials type line items.�See the attached requirements for further description. Again, proposals are not requested at this time for this synopsis.� A solicitation will be issued after the close of the synopsis period.� Information may be exchanged with the Contract Specialist, Dan Fabian, daniel.e.fabian@hud.gov.
