- The purpose of Sources Sought Notice SPE605-20-RFI-JP01 is to identify qualified Small Businesses that are interested and capable of providing direct delivery fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy FEPCB (DLA).� This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an obligation by the Government to acquire any products or services. �Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received.
