Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Fort Riley Electrical Wiring Project 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25920Q0133 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). 3. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. 4. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price electrical and wiring work for the low voltage cabling and data/phone lines for: Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran s Health Administration Member Services Call Center 409 Pershing Court. Fort Riley, KS 66442 6. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance for the project shall be 6 months. The date range for the period of performance shall be 03-30-2020 to 09-30-2020. 7. See Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors on the attached RFQ document for information on what to submit with your offer. 8. Offers are due February 7th, 2020 @ 4:30 PM EST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract officer via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than January 31st, 2020 @ 4:30 PM EST.
