- AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section M Evaluation Criteria, specifically (a)(1) GO/NO GO CRITERIA. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of N0016420RJQ74 RFP Amendment 0001 is to add Pre-Proposal Conference information to Section L, update Performnace Specification to 14-NOV-2019 version, update PS Compliance Matrix to 31-OCT-2019 version, add Attachment 7 - Vendor Questions and Answ ers, and add Attachment 8 - Base Access Pass Registration as show n in Section J. Due to technical difficulties, beta.sam.gov (formally fbo.gov), potential offerors may not be able to access the controlleed attachments.
