Description: The Vermont Air National Guard awarded a purchase order for an emergency repair to a P-19 Oshkosh 1500 Fire Truck Power Divider. The referenced vehicle was one of two fire trucks able to respond to flightline mishaps and emergencies. Should�the primary fire truck go down, the flying mission would stop immediately, therefore driving the urgency of this requirement. The attached memorandum justifies�limiting competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 & FAR 13.106-1(2)(b).
