Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(2), a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP), CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI 02842.� This requirement is for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) on all United States Navy submarines currently deployed.� SEA CORP owns, and has full rights and title to, the data that was developed under previous SBIR efforts. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-15-D-0131 with SEA CORP and it is anticipated that 236,870 man-hours will be required over the five-year period of performance. �The NAICS Code is 541330 and the size standard is $41.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. �All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
