Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation Amendment 0003 This is an amendment to the above combined synopsis/solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. -Updated Statement of Work (SOW) dated 2020.01.14 -Q&A Clarifications-B9001 Building Elevations & Pics -MSDS -AutoCAD plan and Elevation drawings Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (See Attachment). Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation: This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 13. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of the Central Vacuum System for Building 9001.�In addition for instructions outlines in 52.212-1 offerors are instructed to include, IAW 52.211-6: 1.) Brand name or equal information. IAW 52.212-4 Addendum: 2.) Offers of express warranties normally provided to the commercial market to include extended warranties.
