- This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 13. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of MOC Surveillance Equipment .�In addition for instructions outlines in 52.212-1 offerors are instructed to include, IAW 52.211-6: 1.) Brand name or equal information. IAW 52.212-4 Addendum: 2.) Offers of express warranties normally provided to the commercial market to include extended warranties. This is Solicitaion Amendment 0001, that includes updated attachments and an extension to January 29, 2020.�
