- Due to the high security requirements in place to enter MCB Quantico, VA, all �prospective Offerors must go to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) to receive a Pass for access to the installation. Pre-registration on the DBIDS web site is required as it expedites the process for receiving the Pass. The Visitor Control Center (VCC) address is: 27000 telegraph Rd, Stafford, VA 22554 (Building 27175T). Attached, please find the direction to VCC from I-95 or Route 1. Please note that VCC is open Monday-Friday during 0600 - 1400.
