- The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire 20MM replenishment spares applicable to Armament end items using Other Than Full & Open Competition. Solicitation SPRWA1-19-R-0004 contemplates Firm Fixed Pricing for NSNs: 1005-00-280-7247 & 1005-01-105-5476 using Purchase Request FD2060-20-00114 in support of Armament end items. This single contract action will result in a Delivery Order for General Dynamics using IDIQ contract SPRWA1-17-D-0013.�� The proposed acquisition will be contracted Sole Source to General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems (OTS), 326 IMB Road, Williston, VT 05495, Cage Code: 05606; pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity at this time. Delivery: 160 Days ARO Duration of IDIQ Period: 60 Months Item: 0002 NOUN: �20MM Gun Transfer Unit NSN: 1005-01-105-5476 P/N: 211F562 Description: LENGTH: 6.750 IN, WIDTH: 105.000 IN, HEIGHT: 12.000 IN, WEIGHT: 17.000 LBS ITEM MATERIAL:� Metal ITEM FUNCTION: Mechanical Housing Quantity: 8 Total Applicable to: Armament End Item Dest:� SW3119, ROBINS AFB, GA, 31098-1887. Delivery: 160 Days ARO Duration of IDIQ Period: 60 Months First Articles and Additional DATA Line Items are required. This is a combined synopsis/written solicitation. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26.�� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
