PR 0080969895 for NSN 1680-014758452, ATK Space Systems Inc, CAGE 3BAJ3, P/N: 1452289-1, FILTER, COUPLER, AIRCAFT.� This item must be acquired from the source(s) specified on the source control drawing:� ATK Space Systems Inc, CAGE 3BAJ3. Alternate offers will not be accepted. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Higher Level Quality system required. Item is not commercial. This item is subject to export-control regulations. Solicitation will request firm fixed price pricing for a quantity of 32 each. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FOB: Origin. Delivery: 205 DARO to a stock location.�A letter request for proposal will be utilized due to the fact a basic ordering agreement is in�place.�This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 01/31/2020, and the closing date is on or around 02/17/2020. Please do not request a copy of the solicitation before that date. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
