Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36E77620Q0042 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Walter Mechanical Services, Inc. dba ATIGROUP, 3419 Pierson Place, Flushing, MI 48433 for the procurement of Winterization Services, Storage, and Temporary Chiller in support of the Hines, IL VA Medical Center under the authority of 38 U.S.C. � 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. TL Services, Inc. is verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in the Vendor Information Pages. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to provide winterization services for storage, storage and temporary chiller support to the Hines, IL VA Medical Center. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be received via email to Nathan.Pennington@va.gov within three (3) business days of this posting.
