Description

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 28 January 2020 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time; in order to ensure a timely response is provided but the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.SAM.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3001 will be posted on or around 17 January 2020 and is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Musician Services for Catholic Services at Chapel 10� Bldg. 1759 South F. Street Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5142? in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 16 March 2020 (or subsequent date) to 15 March 2021 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement is Set-Aside as 100% Small Business under NAICS Code 711130 with a size standard of $12,000,000.
