Description

One time on-site repair service agreement of a Government-owned asset located at the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), Bldg. 460, NAS North Island, San Diego, CA. 92135-7058. The requested service is to repair and upgrade the crane and hoist assembly (Assembly), P/N: 441H122, S/N: T-35307. The Period of Performance (POP) for the requested services is for a period not to exceed 120 days after contract award date. Site Visit is anticipated, and Vendors will be responsible for costs incurred to attend site visit, and those costs can not be incorporated into a resultant contract. Market Research indicates that there are several Small Businesses which can perform this effort, therefore this requirement is being set aside for Small Businesses, no specific Socio-Economic groups. FAR Part 13 and 12 will be used to award a purchase order and procure the required services and parts. A site visit will be performed to allow all interested parties a chance to see the crane/hoist system, compare against the SOW and possibly provide input prior to providing a quotation. Customer requests the site visit to be conducted the third or fourth week of January as the appropriate FRCSW crane/hoist technical personnel will be available to assist in the site visit.
