- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Virginia.�� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, of 13 August 2019. 2.��� The solicitation number is 70Z041-20-Q-MJX05500 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. 3.��� The Vendor shall submit an electronic version of the quote in word, excel, or adobe pdf format by 11:00AM ET, Friday, January 31, 2020 via email to juan.a.soto@uscg.mil. Any questions should be emailed to Juan Soto no later than 1:00 pm ET on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. 4.��� This notice is UNRESTRICTED and the NAICS code for this solicitation is 721110, size standard $32.5M. Contract will be firm-fixed price, awarded as lowest cost technically acceptable. The United States Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001, LODGING FOR IMOC-63, WILMINGTON, NC, AS PER THE STATEMENT OF WORK.� TOTAL ROOMS REQUESTED: 4 SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS (DAILY) CHECK-IN DATE: TUESDAY 7 APRIL 2020 CHECK-OUT DATE: FRIDAY 10 APRIL 2020 (3 NIGHTS) TO INCLUDE WI-FI IN RATE. (4 SINGLE OCCUPANCY X 3 DAYS = 12 SINGLE OCCUPANCY) � CLIN 0002, LODGING FOR IMOC-63, WILMINGTON, NC, AS PER THE STATEMENT OF WORK.� TOTAL ROOMS REQUESTED: 16 DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS (DAILY) CHECK-IN DATE: TUESDAY 7 APRIL 2020 CHECK-OUT DATE: FRIDAY 10 APRIL 2020 (3 NIGHTS) TO INCLUDE WI-FI IN RATE. (16 DOUBLE OCCUPANCY X 3 DAYS = 48 DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) � CLIN 0003, BREAKFAST VOUCHERS, FOR 37 ESTIMATED PERSONNEL DAILY (37 X 3 DAYS), TOTAL NUMBER OF VOUCHERS 111 EACH FOR 3 DAYS. Geographic restrictions require a hotel bound within the following streets: Walnut Street, Grace Street, North Front Street, and North Water Street.� Any lodging outside of this radius will not be considered for award. Wireless internet connectivity shall be available in each guestroom at no cost to the government. Hotels shall be rated at least 3 stars, or three diamonds as expressed by AAA, with no recent health or safety violations. 5. This request for quotation is issued in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and pursuant to FAR part 13, HSAM 3006-302-1 and Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, of 13 August 2019.� The USCG intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� Delivery shall be as stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� 6. The US Coast Guard will only consider Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotations.� Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by the US Coast Guard that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails should be addressed to the attention of Mr. Juan Soto, email address of Juan.A.Soto@uscg.mil. The RFQ document shall be submitted via email in an electronic version in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format only.� The file capability of USCG's servers is 10 megabytes (MBs). A quote that is of greater size shall be submitted in multiple transmissions, all of which must arrive by the quote submission deadline.� By submission of its quote, the offeror is asserting that it understands the RFQ, the RFQ attachments, and that there are no exceptions to the RFQ or its attachments in the quote itself.� This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed.
