Description

Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to MORNINGSTAR INC of 22 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60602-1607 on a sole source basis in accordance with�FAR 13, 106-1(b).��OCC has a need for investment analysis workstation tool. The MorningStar Advisor Workstation is a�web� based platform that always provides the latest Morningstar independent stock market investment fund research data.� Market research concluded the Morningstar Advisor Workstation is most applicable to the Agency 401(k) fund line up, aligned with the third-party advice service contracted by Charles Schwab; Morningstar Investment Management, LLC. Access to the Morningstar Advisor Workstation is renewed on an annual basis for the 401(k) Investment Sub-Committee members to use as a data and analysis tool. �This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all�information received in writing by�January 24, 2020 12:00 pm EST, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
