THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide Opacity System on-going support, quarterly audits, clear stack calibration and EPA audits The NAICS 238220 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $16.5 Million. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. The Contractor will provide all materials, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform FY20 Opacity System on-going support, quarterly audits, Annual Clear stack calibration and EPA audits at Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. The contractor must submit a relevant capability statement and/or past performance to work on the system. The system is comprised of Durag D-R 290 opacity monitors (2) with a Monitoring Solutions COMDAS data acquisition system for recording and reporting the data. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to Ashley.Korahaes@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Your response is required by: Friday, January 24, 2020 @ 3:30PM EST. All capable Service-Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond.
