Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, specifically FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2020-4, dated 01-15-2020. Solicitation # 36C26220R0057 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award with a base year and up to four (4) option years. This procurement will be issued under as an unrestricted competitive requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard is $16.5 million. The Government is seeking a contract for one (1) Interior Designer, one (1) Interior Design Assistant, and one (1) Medical Equipment Planner to provide onsite professional services at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS). See attached Solicitation for complete details, Statement of Work (SOW), applicable clauses / provisions, and other pertinent information relative to this solicitation.. Place of Performance: VA Long Beach Medical Center (VALBHS), 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822-5201. Period of Performance: Base year with the Government having the option to exercise up to four (4) one (1) year option periods.
