- Description
- IRIDIUM TACTICAL INTERCEPT SYSTEM: composed of all the elements required for its operation, base system, detection hardware, antennas, mast with 7 meter tripod, cables, connectors, workstation for operator, laptop to monitor the system, GPS system for location, 110Vac battery and power supply system, transport box, the software must allow to receive decode and demodulate the information in real time the incoming and outgoing calls, coverage range 500km. TRAINING:�The contractor shall provide a theoretical and practical application training course in Spanish for up to eight (8) students from the Navy (see attachment 1 for details). TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES:��During the two-year warranty period, the Contractor shall 1) respond to inquiries for technical support and warranty work within 48 hours, and 2) provide all updates to software and firmware for the equipment provided. During the length of warranty period, the Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, the services described in Attachment 1. Services shall be provided in Spanish at no additional cost to the Government. DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES:�The contractor shall have trained technical personnel on hand in Colombia to solve potential problems regarding system�s functioning during the installation, integration, and testing phases of the project. After the practical training is completed and at this same site, the contractor is responsible for verifying installation, integration and testing of the equipment to ensure it is fully operational.
