Description

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST� PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION SPACE� Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), a management and operating contractor for the United States Department of Energy at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) located in Idaho Falls, Idaho, is seeking interested parties capable of providing a facility with approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of open distribution space. Distribution space must be configurable with storage and racking zones, bulk storage zones, staging zones and space for movement of material handling equipment. �Preference will be given to properties with proximities to major transportation arteries. � The space must be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries within the City of Idaho Falls:� North: �Iona Road (33rd N), South: �Pancheri/17th St., East: �Woodruff Ave., West: �Old Butte Rd. � The facility shall conform to the City of Idaho Falls specifications and codes. The facility should include a mixture of office space, distribution space, material transfer space/truck docking, loading & unloading space and outdoor laydown yard area accessible by a full size semi-truck with trailer. � Proposed length of lease term would be a 5 year lease term.
