- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office - East NCO 07 intends to release Solicitation 36C24720Q0202 for contractor to provide Water Analyzation and Testing Services for the Chlorine Dioxide Secondary Disinfection System with 2 incoming domestic water lines as required by the Statement of Work. This requires a minimum of 2 each Alabama Grade 4 Certified Water Operators with a copy of their certification. Subcontracting is not authorized. This solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities at https://fbohome.sam.gov on or about January 27, 2020. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code will be 541380 with an applicable small business size standard of $16.5 Million. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All interested parties should register via US Federal Contractor Registration site at https://uscontractorregistration.com It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor and download amendments from Contract Opportunities which may be issued to this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, FAR 2.101, and VAAR 802.101, prospective firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov).
