RFQ#36C26220Q0330 PROJECT TITLE: FOUR PASSENGER ELECTRIC GOLF CART FOR VETERANS AFFAIRS LONG BEACH HEALTHCARE SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside for qualified SDVOSB s under NAICS codes 336999 or (related) to. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number 36C26220Q0330. The Department of Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System, Long Beach, CA is seeking sources that can supply the VA Long Beach Healthcare System with Four Passenger Electric Golf Carts for the Office of Construction. If you are interested and can provide the required Electric Golf Carts, please provide the requested information and pricing for each line item as indicated below. Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal to. Those items that are equal to shall have a description of the salient characteristics outlined above. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Any items quoted as equal not confirming to the requirements of clause 52.211-6 will be considered non- responsive and not considered for award. 1. GENERAL VA Long Beach has a requirement for Four Passenger Golf Carts. The purpose of the below information is to outline the tasks and responsibilities of the successful offerors in relation to the VA Long Beach. 2. SCOPE Vendor shall be able to ship and deliver specified item to the Warehouse as directed. 3. PLACE OF DELIVERY The Four Passenger Electric Golf Carts will be delivered to Warehouse Building 149. 4. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE The VA technical Point of Contact is responsible for performing inspections necessary to substantiate that the Four Passenger Golf Carts are not damaged and are in good working condition. Any items found to be damaged and/or not in working condition, would be returned to the contractor and must be replaced in a timely manner. 5. WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS Vendor is to provide standard warranty for the machines.
