RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 11:59:00 PM Pacific, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ NIWC Pacific is issuing this solicitation, N66001-20-Q-6119, as a request for quotations (RFQ). Contractors are required to use ""N66001-20-Q- 6119"" in the subject line on all e-mail correspondence, failure to do so may result in no response. Questions and quotes must be uploaded on the NIWC e- Commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil, under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/N66001-20-Q-6119. E-mail quotes or offers may not be accepted. For e-Commerce technical issues, contact the NIWC Paperless Initiatives Help Desk at 858-537-0644 or paperless.spawar@navy.mil. The cutoff for questions is two days before the close of the RFQ at 2359 PST. This opportunity for the acquisition of: Shaft Assembly: QTY 4 Actuator shafts shall be built in accordance with page 3 of the attached solicitation and the associated technical drawings. DIMENSIONING AND TOLERANCING TO BE INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASME Y14.5-2009. MATERIAL: ITEMS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 ARE FABRICATED FROM TITANIUM 6AL-4V (GRADE 5) PER ASTM B348. ITEMS 2 AND 4 TO BE FABRICATED FROM .375"" NOMINAL PLATE THICKNESS. This is a large precise part and needs to be very true. If tolerances can't be met, any quoted product will not be accepted. The Government will make drawings available upon receiving confirmation of a prospective contractor's performance on a current DoD contract (i.e. a DoD contract that is currently being performed). For further guidance see page 25 of the attached RFQ. Supplies shall be delivered 30 days ARO.
