Description
Scope: The construction of a 119,500 SF six (6) bay Aircraft Maintenance Hangar for rotary wing aircraft.� Construction includes an aircraft hangar, associated maintenance shops, administrative space, parts and tool storage, a hazardous materials storage facility, Petroleum, Oil, Lubricant (POL) Storage, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) enclosed storage building, Mobile Shop covered storage shed, hangar access apron, aircraft washing apron with wash access apron, water supply building, storage yard, cyber security, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems. Project also includes Industrial Control System (ICS) Cyber Security, and Intergraded Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connections. Supporting facilities include utility services and connection (electrical, water, sanitary sewer, and natural gas), sanitary sewer lift station, water storage, fire water storage tanks with fire pumps, security lighting, airfield pavement markings, POV parking, service drives, road realignment, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems to include fiber optic cable service, lightning protection systems, landscaping, signage, and site improvements. This sources sought REQUIRES respondents to include the following: 1. A capability statement which includes projects you have worked on that are similiar to the described project work above. Capability statements shall include:� project scope, project value, and percentage of work you performed as�prime.�� Project work need not be specific to aircraft hangars. Provide building or warehouse construction projects that included similar material make up to the�above described scope and which are valued�between $25 million and $100 million dollars. 2. Include single and aggregate bonding capabilities. 3. Include CAGE code, DUNS number and any socio-economic business categories for your�firm.
