Page 4 of 4 SOURCES SOUGHT PERIFUSION SYSTEM NEW ORLEANS VAMC The New Orleans VA Medical Center is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a Perifusion System. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516. The items and required quantities are shown in the SOW below: Statement of Work The New Orleans VAMC requires a Perifusion System for the research center. The required system will have the following salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics: Touch-screen interface 12 channels 96 well-plate compatible with cooling system Chamber with air temperature control Fully automatic Automatic Fluid Handling System Customized Protocol Implementation With Valve Manifold 115 VAC Vendor will deliver the instrument to New Orleans LA, SLVHCS, install, configure and provide training on use of instrument. One year manufacturer s warranty on this equipment is requested. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to supply these items, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. 3) Manufacturer information to ensure compliance with the non-manufacturer rule. We are seeking VIP-Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business sources, but any Small Business should identify its capability to provide the equipment. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR VOSB, SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 2:00pm, 31 January, 2020.
